We stayed here recently due to lack of anywhere else (moderately priced) to stay in Seaham.

The location is quite nice, right on the beach area and overlooking a small green. However, the accommodation leaves a lot to be desired!

The Harbour View Hotel is just a bed and breakfast 17 September 2008

Read this review before staying at The Harbour View Hotel which is a misuse of the term hotel. The website has carefully taken photos which don’t show anything like the true picture of The Harbour View Hotel.
