Step aerobics at FLC

The only step aerobics class is held on a Wednesday night. You can never get a place as it is always fully booked. I was told you cant book a place for the following week until the wednesday prior to the session. I rang up at 8am and continued…

Fulwood L.C. is the place to keep fit.
the swimming pool is a nice size, the gym is fine it as all you need.
You can put up you feet after your workout in the bar
and watch tv 0r play pool.
The food is nice, the staff are great
