It's happened on a couple of occasions now, this example was at 5.30pm on Monday the 3rd of August.

One customer in shop being served when I went in. After 5 mins the queue was 7 people, no acknowledgement from the 3 staff behind the counter, they seemed to be going out of their way to ignore the customers. Two customers left after aprox 4 mins, I left after 5....bearing in mind I was still second in the queue.

In summary nice food but indifferent staffing is losing the customers.
