The worst letting agency you could come across. Unprofessional, rude, impatient and completely useless. After living in one of their flats for the best part of a year I think I can honestly say that they did absolutely nothing to accommodate us properly. From it taking more than 4 months to get our kitchen cupboards fixed, to completely overcharging us with the deductions on our deposit. This company is definitely not worth the hassle, they don't even fulfill their role as 'a letting service', let alone 'THE letting service'. Avoid avoid avoid!
