Rip off customers by charging heavy prices for tickets and making you

hang on while waiting for answer from ticket box on a high charge number. Disgraceful. The other theatres in Newcastle do NOT do this; they use ordinary landline telephone…

Another co. lining their pockets with 0870 revenue 03 November 2007

Yet another company which uses 0870 number for box office then keeps you on hold whilst racking up the revenue. If we are paying £50 for a ticket for theatre, they should at least give us option of a geographical number. Stuart
