Hello my name is Sixto Castro I am 33 years old and i am from Chile. I have been looking around for schools in Scotland that teach gastronomy (chef). I have been living and working in Iceland as a cook for 2 ½ years in a bistro bar (Italian kitchen), Could you give me some information on how to apply for the school? when to apply what conditions there are and fees?.
