FITASTIC! ;O) Much More than a Health Club

Upon starting at Alpine Health Club I was really nervous and unsure I was new to exercise & I wondered all sorts from wether would I fit in, would I be able to achieve my goals, how I would know what to do. thinking I would feel silly.
